Windley School has a dedicated team of teachers who are committed to engaging students with learning through a variety of strategies. Our teachers plan collaboratively and work closely with each other. The teachers work together syndicates. There are times when whanau groupings or year groupings are more appropriate. All our teachers show flexibility and are very adaptable. They often work with a variety of year levels across the school.
